The oldest Durga Puja in Mumbai, popularly known as North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja Samiti is all set to change its venue from Tulip Star, Juhu to Golden Tobacco Limited, Tobacco House, S.V. Road, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400056

They have been organising this grand puja celebration for the last 71 years. North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja Samiti who have been organising Durga Puja since the last 5-7 years at Tulip Star were compelled to change its well-known venue due to Tulip Star property dispute.

Veteran actor & organiser of Debu Mukherjee & Krishna Mukherjee says “We had to shift the venue because, with Maa Durga’s blessings Tulip Star has settled their dispute & re opening as V Hotels very soon. Years back it was shut down due to legal dispute, which is why we decided to keep our Durga Puja at Tulip Star, Juhu.
