Sakra World Hospital, a leading hospital in Bangalore has signed a MoU with Rotary Palmville, Bangalore today in the presence of The District Governor – Rotarian Suresh Hari S at a Rotary function. DesignTech Systems has signed an MoU with IASC (Instrumentation Automation Surveillance and Communication) Sector Skill Council – a not for Profit Organization under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India to provide advanced skills based training certifications to qualified trained personnel. The objective behind inking this MoU is to facilitate and encourage the aspiring and ambitious youngsters to acquire specialized technical skills based certifications and accreditations from an esteemed government institution, IASC, founded by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship under their premier Skill India Initiative. Industry recognized and respected Accreditation from IASC would certainly open up various quality employment opportunities for the certified job aspirants.

As an assessment Partner and Associate for IASC, DesignTech, under the terms of MoU, will create awareness about and promote these Certification courses at the existing State Funded Centres of Excellence managed and operated by DesignTech Systems. In accordance to the Agreements entered into with various State Governments such as Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Jharkhand, DesignTech Systems has established and is executing trainings on latest and most advanced technologies in electro-mechanical field at more than 25 Siemens Centres of Excellence across various cities in these states. Haier, the global leader in Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics and World’s Number 1 brand in Major Appliances for 9 Consecutive Years* today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with The Government of Uttar Pradesh to set up its second industrial park in India, in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. With this development, Haier has strengthened its commitment towards the central government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative to boost local manufacturing.

 

The MoU was signed in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath and other dignitaries from the Government of Uttar Pradesh along with Mr. Song Yujun, VP, Global Appliances Haier Group and Managing Director, Haier Appliances India; Mr. Eric Braganza, President, Haier Appliances India and Mr. Sun, Director SCM Haier Appliances India. Additionally, Mr. Satish Mahana,Industrial Development Minster, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Mr. Anup Chandra Pandey, Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Mr. Alok Sinha, Additional Chief Secretary, IT and Electronics Department and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Departmentwere also present during the MoU signing ceremony.

 

Under the agreement, Haier will invest Rs.3069cr for setting up its industrial park in the state over the next four years in two phases. With this development, the company is expected to create almost 4000 new direct employment opportunities along with over 10,000 indirect jobs. The expansion will serve as an opportunity for vendors and OEMs, bringing about an expanded business with increased local production and lesser imports of products. Read more

NETRA (NTPC Energy Technology Research Alliance), the R&D arm of NTPC Ltd, signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) recently with Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) to accelerate the renewable drive by establishing the technology framework for development & production of floaters for Multi-MW Floating photovoltaic (PV) plants.

With reference to MoU, NISM has designed a unique ‘Financial Literacy Certification Program & Mutual Fund Investor Awareness Program’ that is targeted at high-school students (studying in Class Vlll, lX & X) to promote the habit of savings, budgeting, financial planning and investing amongst the school students. We plan to reach around 150+schools with over 25000+ students in next one year.

This MoU envisages to conduct program in schools across the country with a special focus on district adopted for financial literacy by AXIS Mutual Fund under the District Adoption Program (DAP) of AMFI covering districts like Varanasi, Alleppey, Darjeeling, Hissar and Sambalpur.
