Gulmurg, the fine dining restaurant at The Shalimar Hotel, Kemps Corner is hosting a parantha festival between 1st and 15th August, 2012. A special menu has been created by the chef that includes different types of parantha. The highlight of the menu is that all these paranthas are prepared in different styles. Some of them roasted and topped with butter, shallow fried or pan grilled. But all have that delectable chef’s touch which makes it all so delicious. The menu also has options for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.
