Amway ups the ante on skilling its direct sellers in tune with Skill India

Amway India, the country’s largest FMCG direct selling company,  reinforced its alignment with the Government’s Skill India by conducting a series of training sessions for its direct sellers in association with Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI). The company held a three hours intensive training workshop in Mumbai in collaboration with RASCI for its direct sellers to certify them as ‘Individual Sales Professional’ a certification based on National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Till date, Amway has certified its 8600 Direct Sellers as ‘Individual Sales Professional’ by conducting training programs all over India. Amway India wins two prestigious awards at the 9th edition of Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2018

Amway India, the country’s largest FMCG direct selling company, has been conferred with the prestigious Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2018 in two categories – ‘Best Employer Brand’ and ‘Award for Talent Management’ at the 9th  edition of Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2018. The award ceremony was hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress & Stars of the Industry Group, with CHRO Asia as a Strategic Partner, and endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses.

The 9th Asia’s Best Employer Brand Award 2018 witnessed a distinguished gathering of business leaders, jurists, academicians, economists and human resource consultants. An international jury comprising eminent stalwarts from the industry selected the winners from a pool of over 250 corporate houses after a rigorous evaluation process. Amway Rolls out UPI for it’s 7,00,000 business partners to drive cashless business

Amway India the country’s leading direct selling company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Amway, USA has rolled out UPI based payments option for  its 7,00,000+ business partners. Amway has been driving various innovative and digital payments options for its business partners. In past, company has done multiple initiatives to drive Digital and Cashless India agenda with over 90% of its business entirely done with digital payment options like digital wallets and now UPI.

Amway celebrates Louis Braille Day in collaboration with All India Confederation of the Blind

Amway India, the country’s largest Direct Selling FMCG company celebrated 209th birth anniversary of Louis Braille with its 15 NGO partners for ninth consecutive year by organizing myriad initiatives. In Gurugram, Amway inaugurated the refurbished computer training center for the visually impaired by upgrading equipment and accessories. This computer center was set up in 2010 as a part of Amway’s National Project for the visually impaired under which Amway supports 15 computer centres across the country benefitting more than 1,000 visually impaired students every year.

 

As a part of the celebrations, a special cultural programme was organized which included group and solo dance performances, followed by Braille reading by the students of AICB. The event witnessed an active participation of Amway direct sellers and employees. Read more
