A first of its kind festival, to be held in Mumbai from the 12th to the 14th of January, 2018, ‘India and the World: The Changing Narrative’ is a cinematic journey of how the world views India in contemporary times and what India likes to present herself as. It is a window to changing trends, perceptions and breaking stereotypes over recent years. It is the new stories India has been telling of late.
Anurag Kashyap, Indian film director, writer, producer and actor, known for his work in Hindi cinema will inaugurate the film festival on January 12, 2018 and will be open to QnA with the media.
The festival will also include two panel discussions on Saturday, 13th Jan, 2018 and Sunday, 14th Jan, 2018 that will focus on ‘The Changing Narrative’.
The panelists include Onir, Manav Kaul, Faridoon Shahriyar, Lada Guruden Singh, Kirti Kulhari, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Niranjan Iyengar and Siddharth Kumar Anand along with Namrata Joshi and Ankur Pathak moderating the discussions. Read more
