Actress Dipika Kakar Ibrahim who, till recently was best known for her show ‘Sasural Simar Ka’, has added a feather to her hat by winning twelfth season of ‘Bigg Boss’, the biggest reality show on television. Dipika had entered the show with husband, actor Shoaib Ibrahim who got eliminated at an earlier stage. Though Dipika was heartbroken by his elimination, she stayed on in the show and eventually won it. Now, that the actress is back with her family, she is gearing up for another major event – the release of Shoaib’s debut film ‘Battalion 609’.

Joined by Diljit Dosanjh, Sandeep Singh travels in a train 12 years after he was shot in an accident

It was a different kind of a celebration for Sandeep Singh when he boarded the Kalka New Delhi Shatabdi Express from Chandigarh, 12 years after he was shot in an accident by a Sub-Inspector. Sandeep was on his way to join the National Team who was traveling for the World Cup in Germany in 2006. 12 years later, Sandeep Singh has finally overcome his fear of traveling in trains after the episode that nearly changed his life forever.

Diljit Dosanjh joined Sandeep Singh on this overwhelming journey along with brother, Bikramjeet Singh. It was quite an emotional ride for Bikram as well who was left in tears while Sandeep relived moments from his past once again. Bikram had dropped Sandeep at the station that day, and he was the one who had received the news of his brother’s accident a few hours later.

This entire incident has been portrayed by Diljit in the film, Soorma which will see the light in theatres this Friday, 13th July 2018.
