SleepyCat, India’s first Mattress-in-a-Box Company had made a promise to donate one mattress to charity for 10 mattresses sold. This May, on the company’s 8-month anniversary, it donated 100 Boxed Mattresses to Hope Foundation Kolkata and Robin Hood Army in the first phase of the charity drive.

Each donated mattress is new, made-to-measure for these organisations by SleepyCat and constitutes the best of its product categories.

Mr. Kabir Siddiq, 30-year old founder of SleepyCat, said, “I believe that everyone deserves good sleep. It is the single most important thing in our life. And I believe that everyone should be capable of getting a good bed – hence we started SleepyCat, and decided to donate 1 mattress for every 10 sold. Of course, our mattresses have been selling a lot faster than anticipated, so it took us a month more to get the mattresses for donation ready, especially since we are custom-making each of these mattresses for the organizations. We have already sold over 3000 mattresses, and will be donating the 200 in the next phase shortly.” Read more

“On-screen time don’t really matter to me as long as the role is important. Here, I will be playing Kanchan’s mother (Lead actress’s mother in the show) The interesting part is, all the sequences featuring me depict the time when Kanchan was a child, as in the present my character is dead. Consisting of six models, the series sports several exciting new features including chronograph function, CARBONOX™ casing, and a variety of strap options. The 3580 series will launch in April 2018.

The US Navy SEALs are the most elite combat unit in the world, whose core values embrace never quitting, and to do whatever it takes to pull your teammates through. For the 3580 series, Luminox adopts this spirit through the Navy SEAL mantra, “the only easy day was yesterday,” which stresses that every day you should work harder than the last, making the previous day seem easier. From strenuous conditioning on both land and in the sea, to 4-hour sleep days and weathering the most grueling of conditions, Navy SEALs are constantly pushed to their limits during training. With nearly 2/3 of the class quitting or “ringing the bell” due to pain or fatigue, only the toughest minds, bodies, and souls have what it takes to earn Navy SEAL status. Read more
