The mall is capacious enough to have leisure activities at the atrium and has been designed by Bentel Associates, which makes the 450,000 sq. ft. mall larger and more spacious than it actually is. The mall is located at one of the most popular places of Doon, Rajpur Road. Rajpur road is one of the most preferred places of Doonites to hang around.
