WecomHotel Bengaluru invites you on a gastronomic journey with the Dim-Sum Degustation at Welcomcafe Jacaranda. Select your delight from three variants of dim-sums specially crafted by master craftsman Sanjay Biswakarma. All dim-sums will be served with an aromatic Asian broth followed by a light Asian main course and capped with a sinful dessert.

Some of the treats lined up are the Water chestnut and asparagus dumpling, Chicken and shitake Shao mai, Steamed prawn and celery dumplings alongside Lamb and mandarin Bee hun. The main course will offer dishes such as Mapo Tofu with chilly bean, chili flakes and black bean, Five treasure vegetables, Stir-fried fish in Chilly bean sauce and Mapo Tofu with chilly bean, chilli flakes, black bean and minced chicken. The desserts are drool-worthy with Sticky date cake with tender coconut ice cream and Himalayan honey caramel sauce, and toffee walnut, on offer.

 

*Do note the dinner buffet will not be functional at Welcomcafe Jacaranda across the Dim-Sum Degustation dates.
