Radisson Blu Faridabad presents to its patrons, an authentic Kashmiri Food Festival, Wazwan, at its multi-cuisine dining restaurant Broadway, from 14 July 2017 to 23 July 2017.

Wazwan takes you back to the ceremony that brings together the history, culture and gastronomical delights of Kashmir in the most traditional style. The popular chefs from Kashmir will be rustling their pots and pans all through the festival, whipping up a meat-rich Wazwan for the food connoisseurs.

The festival boasts of signature Kashmiri delights like Rista, Rogan Josh, Tabak Maaz, Daniwal Korma, Aab Gosht, Marchwangan Korma and Gushtaba, specially curated by the renowned chefs of Kashmir.

To Complete the Kashmiri journey, the chefs offer Kahwah, an aromatic traditional Kashmiri green tea made with cardamom, cinnamon, saffron and almonds.
