Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport is celebrating Easter the resurrection of Jesus by organizing a scrumptious Easter Buffet. The executive chef, Sudhir Pai has prepared a special brunch menu which consists of salads, main course, desserts and drinks. Besides the traditional Easter Eggs, a few other delicacies will also form the part of The Easter brunch which will be laid down on Sunday April 16.
The highlight of the brunch will be several live counters. Some of the other delicacies on the menu include , crispy veg sopo sauce, corn and jalapeno cheese ball, murgh achari tikka, fish wild pepper, chicken noisette tossed with pesto sauce. Other main course dishes are pork vindaloo, goan fish curry, seafood paella , crispy duck with hoisin sauce, indian salmon with corriander berrue blanc etc..
The desserts for the brunch include Easter hazy, Bunny’s Carrot cake (eggless), Sacher torte, Mocha Paris breast, Dark chocolate pave, Lemon tart, Green Tea Mousse, Honey walnut tart etc.
