A social comedy on sanitation, ‘Hum Saaf Saaf Hai’ premiers as a Rishtey original

Emphasising on the importance of sanitation and hygiene in the country, leading Hindi mass entertainment channel Rishtey is soon to launch a new finite series called ‘Hum Saaf Saaf Hain’. The 14-episode finite series, ‘Hum Saaf Saaf Hain’ is a social comedy that trails the journey of an under-cover government official who goes from village to village checking up on the implementation of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. The show will air on Rishtey starting 16h February 2019, every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 PM.

NCPA presents Flamenco-Kathaa & Pung Cholom in Spectrum Festival- A festival of dances from around the world. On 16th February,2019, Spectrum will conclude the festival with Flamnco-Kathaa and Pung Cholom in on 16th February, Saturday at Experimental Theatre, NCPA. Flamenco-Kathaa is a blend of the two disciplines in their pure and collaborative form. With foot-tapping being at the crux of both styles, Flamenco and Kathak seamlessly overlap, creating rhythmic patterns and nuances unique to the two dance forms. This 90 minutes presentation on Flamenco-Kathaa will be conducted by Aditi Bhagwat & Kunal Om. Pung Cholom is a highly refined classical dance number characterized by the modulation of sound from a soft whisper to a thunderous climax. It will be performed by traditional drummers from Manipur Bhubaneswar Singh and Troupe will perform acrobatic acts while playing their traditional drum. Their performance will be based on Tanchap.
